This branch of medicine most commonly encompasses diagnosis and care of chronic diseases such as kidney disease, immune mediated diseases, neoplasia (cancer), diabetes, Cushings’ disease, just to name a few. Many of these can be managed through medical therapies. We will guide you through the various diagnostics and treatment options available to you and your pet. We will work to ensure your pet maintains a high-quality, comfortable life with you for as long as possible. We will also educate you on what to expect as a given disease process progresses or when multiple disease processes are present at the same time.
